PTA Board Election
July 6 @ 7:00 pm - 7:30 pm
Please join us on Monday, July 6 at 7 pm in front of Woodlin ES to elect officers to the PTA board for the 2020-21 school year. Since Montgomery County has moved into Phase 2 of COVID reopening, we are also now allowed to gather in groups of up to 50, which means we can move forward with in-person elections as required by Maryland PTA. We hope our dedicated PTA members can give us 15-30 minutes of your time to gather in a safe, socially distant way so we can officially elect our new officers. To keep everyone as safe as possible, please maintain 6′ distance from others, bring and wear your mask, and don’t come if you are not feeling well or have been exposed to anyone else showing symptoms of COVID. Since we know it’s hard for kids to maintain social distancing when they see their friends, we recommend leaving the kids at home, if possible.

The nominating committee has identified the following people to serve as officers for the 2020-21 PTA Board. Since we only have one nominee for each position, we will hold voice votes. If there are additional nominations made from the floor, we will do a ballot vote for those positions.
